- I'm a LDS domestic engineer who is wife to a great husband and mom to 3 little ladies, Kyla, Megan and Adeline. Our latest addition, Adeline Sarah, was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 when I was 6 months pregnant. She was with us until her birth on January 23, 2009, but her tiny body didn't survive her entry into this world. We know that families are forever and know we will see each other again.
